If you need help or have a question, you have three options for contacting Saturn’s customer support.
The live chat option in the lower-right corner of your screen. This is available inside of Saturn installations as well.

Join our community Slack! You can meet other users and talk directly to our team.
Status Page
The current status of Saturn is available from Saturn’s Status Page. Any downtime or degraded incidents will be announced and discussed there. If desired, you can subscribe to notifications of such events via email from the status page.
Unethical Conduct
If you believe Saturn, one of its employees, or a third-party vendor on acting on Saturn’s behalf is behaving in an unethical way, issues may be reported in either of two ways:
- Via anonymous Google Form (your email address will not be recorded)
- By email at ethics@saturncloud.io
